What You'll Be Doing

As a Sales Representative Chat Support with blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

• Interacting with customers via web chat to understand their needs and provide solutions
• Building long-term customer relationships and setting the groundwork for future interactions
• Representing and helping to build the business of a Fortune 500 company
• Chatting with multiple potential customers at the same time and navigating through several web applications simultaneously
• Providing exceptional etiquette in live chat communications and demonstrating outstanding typing skills with a minimum 40 wpm and 80% accuracy

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Representative Chat Support, your key responsibilities will include:

• Understanding and explaining bills, basic price plans, rate information, promotion information, features, equipment, and general payment arrangements
• Identifying and addressing customer needs, and providing solutions to meet those needs
• Working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing situations and priorities
• Maintaining accurate records and reports, and providing feedback to improve processes and procedures
• Collaborating with colleagues and management to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Two (2) years of contact center experience or two (2) years of college, or a combination of these
• Exceptional typing skills with a minimum 40 wpm and 80% accuracy
• Outstanding etiquette in live chat communications
• Ability to understand and explain complex information, and provide solutions to customer needs
• Previous wireless experience, either in retail or phone sales, is greatly preferred
• Inbound phone sales experience is a plus
• Competency using Microsoft Windows and ability to navigate through several web applications simultaneously
