The GM&NS Pricing Group is a dynamic team responsible for driving revenue growth through customer-centric pricing principles, flexible pricing architectures, and innovative pricing solutions. As a key member of this team, you'll play a critical role in forecasting and reporting company revenues, influencing business decisions, and driving profit growth.
**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Financial Analyst in our Canadian Financial Planning and Analysis team, you'll be responsible for:
* Creating Canadian forecasts for businesses, tracking monthly performance against forecast, and identifying areas of change
* Developing and maintaining financial models to drive business decisions
* Supporting external audits, including investigating issues, communicating with local teams, and resolving issues
* Performing ad-hoc data analysis to measure discount rates and gain insights
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability
**Key Skills and Qualifications:**
* 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, business planning, or related field
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to create best-in-class financial models and maximize value from large amounts of financial information
* Proficiency in programming languages such as SAS/SQL
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
* Strong relationship management and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence others in situations where they may have different goals
