Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our client support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional assistance to our clients, ensuring their experience is seamless and enjoyable. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients seeking specific assistance, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries.
- Assess, document, and request feedback from clients to identify areas of improvement and optimize their experience.
- Focus on resolving specific issues, crisis/research bugs, and participate in event/power outage management processes, escalating issues to relevant teams as needed.
- Develop and maintain accurate documentation to ensure a positive database experience for our clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance the client experience.
- Recognize and address Harmony Workspace passes that indicate lead/client disintegration, curate the accounts of the models, and maintain the strength of the Client Experience Jira space.
- Ensure that our clients have a seamless experience while interacting with our organization, aligning with our commitment to developing a comprehensive environment.
- Participate in and contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing the client experience, both in development and support, at arenaflex.
- Attract and work with our global team as part of an overall client experience team, gathering insights, data, and expertise to bridge the client experience and support teams, using empathetic and analytical thinking.
- Work to ensure arenaflex's commitment to developing a comprehensive environment is reflected in every aspect of our endeavors.
- Create an engaging, collaborative, and inclusive team environment, showcasing others and adapting to focus on and support the team as needed.
- Flexibility in working hours to accommodate the needs of the business.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
- Experience in IT or Workspace Sponsorship/Structure Association, Specific Assistance, Particular Boss, or possibly support engineer work in a production environment in Development or VFX.
- Experience supporting software, such as Adobe, Nuke, Shotgun, Flax, Maya, Toon Impact Arrangement, Storyboard Master, or equivalent VFX and action tools.
- Experience working in story, distribution, art, previz, vex, post, or other production and pipeline work processes.
- Experience working with software support tools like Zendesk, JIRA, and Combination or similar tools.
- Experience supporting Cloud and SaaS Applications and SSO: G-Suite including Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and AWS.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight; should be a self-motivated self-starter that can initiate ideas.
- Clear thinking skills to explore, research, and analyze complex issues using open structures and tools.
- Generous documentation standpoint, translating information into database articles and client stories.
- Prepared to proactively seek opportunities to enhance our client experiences and convey deep-seated insights around creative support methods and applications with arranging examinations.
- Strong social skills with demonstrated ability to interact with clients through various ingestion channels and communication stages; including the ability to coordinate (virtual) association with partners as part of your assessment around a particular development disintegration and the client experience.
- Willingness to cultivate your scope of skills while exploring out likely opportunities to learn.
- Helpful through listening, seeking to understand, and supporting.
- Knowledge of English (business level).
