**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our business operations by accurately and efficiently processing data, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service. **Key Responsibilities**
* Utilize arenaflex's proprietary systems to process patient and medication data, manage inventory, and fill prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
* Collaborate with our pharmacy team to ensure compliance with state and government regulations, as well as arenaflex's policies and procedures.
* Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
* Model and promote arenaflex's customer service standards, including relational skills, empathy, and a commitment to excellence.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
* Perform administrative tasks, such as processing manual claims, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.
* Assist with inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking supplies.

**Essential Qualifications**

* 1-2 years of experience in a data entry or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or retail environment.
