**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) team at arenaflex. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, Finance, and Payroll, to ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
* Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance
* Provide data-driven recommendations to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives
* Develop and maintain HRIS systems, including configuration, enhancement, and testing
* Provide technical support to end-users, including training and documentation
* Research and approve data structures based on security protocols and guidelines
* Troubleshoot issues and coordinate implementation and releases
* Execute test scripts for testing new data elements and releases
* Develop documentation to support communication of new processes or implementations and to support user training
* Work with stakeholders to identify and prioritize data needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
* Perform regular data quality assessments to identify issues and provide recommendations for improvement
* Consult with stakeholders on primary to mid-level reporting solutions and determine how data can be used to support reporting needs and business decisions
* Schedule, design, and execute ad-hoc reports to retrieve data from multiple sources and systems
* Work with business intelligence tools and/or Microsoft Excel or Access to perform specialized formatting, analysis, and processing of reports
* Partner with stakeholders to ensure data quality and value of reports compared to requests
* Document reasons for data and implications of data analysis to stakeholders and non-technical clients
* Analyze and compare historical HR data from multiple systems and provide recommendations to stakeholders
* Create, prepare, and present reports to senior management and branch on HR department data, trends, and results
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Systems
* At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and statistics (i.e., Human Resources data, financial analysis, data integrity)
* Experience configuring, enhancing, and testing HRIS systems, including SAP/EC
* Experience providing customer support to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for service and assessment of customer satisfaction
* Experience with data analysis and reporting to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive results and discover solutions
* Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, setting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers, and/or print scaling)
* Willingness to travel up to 5% of the time for business purposes (within country and out of country)
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience using intermediate level skills in SQL (e.g., building queries, adding, modifying, and deleting data; creating and maintaining tables, querying and replacing databases using SQL statements, etc.) or other record-writing applications (i.e., Business Objects, Cognos, Crystal Reports)
* Experience using time management skills, including prioritizing/organizing and monitoring information and meeting deadlines of multiple initiatives with various completion dates
* Experience with project management (e.g., planning, organizing, and managing resources to result in the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives)
* Experience communicating technical information to non-technical audiences
* Experience collecting requirements, developing solutions, and integrating cross-functional system solutions
* Experience with HRIS systems
* Experience with SAP Employee Central/Employee Central Payroll, including knowledge of control systems, performance management, and succession planning
* Knowledge of Human Resources concepts, practices, and techniques associated with areas such as Benefits, Payroll, Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Training
* Basic level skills in Microsoft Access (e.g., starting a table in datasheet view, entering data, filtering data, developing a form, editing a form layout, using themes, running, sorting, and saving queries, developing and formatting a report, converting report view, adding an image, printing labels, navigating through reports, and/or exporting to Excel)
* Basic level skills in Microsoft PowerPoint (e.g., setting, rearranging, hiding, and deleting slides, navigating between slides, developing list level, adding, centering, and enhancing text, converting views, setting a table or a note, printing define view, and/or running a slide show)
* Basic level skills in Microsoft Word (e.g., starting a document, cutting, pasting, and aligning text, selecting font type and size, converting margins and column width, sorting, setting bullets, pictures, and dates, using find and replace, undo, spell check, track changes, review pane, and/or print functions)
