Job Summary
As a Client Success Manager at Blithequark, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, acting as a bridge between the client and internal support teams. Your mission will be to understand and address clients' goals, proactively providing marketing solutions tailored to their needs. You will also be responsible for campaign oversight, functional greatness, and delivering exceptional customer support. Key Responsibilities
- Client success management: Act as the primary resource for clients, serving as a bridge between the client and internal support teams.
- Consultative marketing solutions: Offer marketing assessments and comprehensive marketing solutions through phone, email, and web meetings.
- Client goal understanding: Understand and address clients' goals, proactively providing marketing solutions tailored to their needs.
- Campaign oversight: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of client campaigns, coordinating with various departments to ensure timely execution of mission expectations and revenue projections.
- Functional greatness: Become an informed authority on all company products, contributing to new projects and services as the company grows and expands.
- Collaboration and communication: Work effectively both independently and as a team player, adhering to internal processes and procedures with precision.
- Time management and organization: Proactively seek upgrades to meet company goals, thriving under pressure, and consistently meeting deadlines.
- Client engagement: Participate in web calls, maintaining professionalism and rapport with clients while working from a distance.
Essential Qualifications
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a consultative account management, client maintenance, or client-facing role.
- Proven track record in account management or client-facing roles.
- Demonstrated experience selling into an established account base, including creating compelling value propositions and overcoming objections.
- Analytical and reporting skills: Experience with analysis and reporting.
- Microsoft Office proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Background in marketing, office, or media sales.
- Public speaking and presentation skills.
- Experience with large marketing budgets across multiple regions.
- Confidence and intellectual leadership: A confident, intellectual leader with experience holding effective, strategic calls with enterprise-level clients.
