With a strong focus on innovation, collaboration, and customer satisfaction, we're looking for a seasoned Customer Service Manager to join our team and help us take our contact center stage to the next level. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our contact center stage, including new feature development, feature enhancements, data pipelines, APIs, and integrations with our internal tools. You'll work closely with our external partners, internal teams, and stakeholders to drive exceptional customer experiences, prioritize projects, and manage risks and constraints.
