Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support, troubleshooting, and resolution of end-user issues in our clinical trials software applications
- Document all call information according to QA and internal standard operating procedures
- Monitor team mailbox emails and document according to procedures
- Maintain confidentiality as appropriate at all times
- Adhere to departmental procedures for all emergencies
Requirements and Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
- College degree preferred
- At least one year of applicable experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong computer experience with Microsoft Office products and familiarity with SharePoint
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to apply critical thinking and analytical skills to resolve daily issues
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills on a professional level
- Strong phone skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work remotely within a 50-mile radius of Indianapolis and travel to client sites for urgent situations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish, French, and/or Japanese
- Experience in clinical trials or healthcare industry
