Job Summary

As a Commercial Planning Supervisor at blithequark, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive business plans to drive growth, revenue, and customer engagement for our Disney+ services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including brand and performance marketing, country teams, and finance, to ensure alignment and effective execution of our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain complex planning models, including annual operating plans and monthly forecasting models, to inform business decisions and drive growth.
• Support the development of Disney+ annual strategy, quarterly planning, and monthly/bi-monthly forecasting processes.
• Build business cases and scenarios to inform decision-making on pricing, go-to-market strategies, and monetization optimization.
• Conduct ad-hoc and deep-dive analyses on drivers of performance for the previous quarter.
• Support the preparation of EMEA and US business updates.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or economics.
• Experience working in data-driven environments and driving decision-making through data analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to various audiences.
• High numeracy and analytical skills, with attention to detail and thoroughness.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple project timelines and deadlines.
• A positive, people-oriented, and energetic attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
