Role Overview
As a flight attendant with United Airlines, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers while providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety and well-being of passengers, adhering to the highest safety standards

- Communicate effectively with passengers, colleagues, and management, both verbally and in writing

- Maintain a professional appearance, adhering to uniform and grooming standards
- Operate electronic devices, such as tablets and computers, to complete tasks and access information
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Be at least 20 years old
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing industry, such as hospitality, retail, or healthcare
- Be fluent in English and possess excellent communication skills
- Hold a valid U.S. passport or foreign passport with relevant visas
- Be able to stand, walk, bend, twist, stoop, stretch, and lift heavy objects
- Meet United Airlines' tattoo and piercing policy
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in a second language, such as Spanish, Chinese, or French
- Experience working in a team environment
- Knowledge of safety procedures and emergency protocols
- Previous experience in the aviation industry
