Job Overview

As an Executive Assistant and Philanthropy Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Development & Alumni leadership team, managing busy diaries, co-ordinating complex schedules, and ensuring the smooth running of the office. You will be a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, using your excellent communication skills to manage relationships and prioritize the Director's time effectively. Your ability to handle competing priorities with confidence and professionalism will be vital in this role.
