Position Overview: Energy Services Data Entry Clerk

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Input and maintain updated client status records in the Statewide Client Service Center, reflecting the current production pipeline. This will involve working with various database systems, including Monday.com, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP, LIHEAP, In Demand, etc.
• Email and Document Management: Monitor emails, logging documents, and communications in the Monday.com platform upon receipt. This will require excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Database Management: Follow program guidelines for the use of all required database systems, including Monday.com, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP, LIHEAP, In Demand, etc. This will involve maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, as well as ensuring compliance with agency and funder requirements.
• File Organization and Maintenance: Maintain organized digital and paper participant files in accordance with program guidelines, ensuring compliance with agency and funder requirements. This will require excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with program staff to support, enhance, and promote communication and consistency in the delivery of services. This will involve working closely with our team to ensure that our services are delivered effectively and efficiently.

Requirements and Qualifications
