As an Ecommerce Support Specialist at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:
### Order Processing & Management
• Enter and update customer orders accurately, ensuring seamless order fulfillment and timely delivery.

• Monitor order status and manage records for tracking and delivery, ensuring that all orders are accurately accounted for.
### Shipping & Fulfillment Support

• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Keep order details up to date and customers informed as needed, ensuring transparency and clear communication.
### Administrative & Operational Support
