We are seeking an experienced Director of Risk Management and Business Process Improvement to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our risk management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business procedures and risk management solutions, utilizing business or consumer department data. You will investigate structured and unstructured data, interpret information using statistical, financial, AI, or business intelligence methods, and collaborate with technology and other groups on the integration and implementation of risk management approaches and business procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Graduate degree in Finance, Statistics, Math, Econometrics, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, and experience in risk management and data analysis. You should also have experience working with technical, scientific, business, and non-technical teams, and be proficient in MS Excel for financial and data reporting and modeling, as well as Data bricks, Python, R, SAS, SQL, Tableau, Terawatt, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Unix.
