The Director of Healthcare Data Management will work collaboratively with the US Healthcare Group to identify and assess data adaptation opportunities, develop and implement strategies to improve data management processes, and provide operational support to the US Healthcare Procedure group. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $76,000 per year and requires an 8-hour workday. The ideal candidate will be based in Illinois, USA, and will be expected to travel up to 20% of the time for business purposes.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in a related field. You will also need to have experience collaborating with internal and external resources to develop systems that meet department and company objectives, as well as experience in project management, program organization, and analysis of manufacturer programs for Specialty Pharmacy services.
Preferred candidates will have at least 2 years of direct management, indirect management, and/or cross-functional team leadership experience, as well as experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to travel up to 20% of the time for business purposes.
