Job Summary
As a Facebook and Google Ads Manager, Customer Support specialist, and General Virtual Assistant at blithequark, you will play a vital role in overseeing and managing multiple projects, performing tasks, and coordinating the work of others. With a particular focus on Facebook Ads, you will communicate directly with clients through our project management system and utilize your excellent written English skills to provide top-notch support. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing Google Adword and Shopping campaigns, as well as providing general administrative support to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Facebook Ads campaigns, including setup, strategy, and optimization to drive maximum ROI for our clients
- Manage Google Adword and Shopping campaigns, including setup, optimization, and reporting to ensure effective use of budget
- Respond to customer queries via our project management system across all projects, providing timely and helpful support
- Provide general administrative support to the CEO, including tasks such as email management, data entry, and document preparation
- Assist with graphic design tasks using Canva or similar platforms to create visually appealing materials
- Assist with video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, online lead generation and follow-up, and product research to support our marketing efforts
- Prepare reports and provide insights to clients and stakeholders, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement
- Proofread and edit SEO blogs written by our team to ensure high-quality content
- Assist with lead generation and follow-up activities to drive new business opportunities
Essential Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential skills and qualifications:
- Be based in the Philippines, with excellent written English skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Have experience in managing Facebook Ads campaigns, with knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Facebook Pixel
- Have experience in managing Google Adword and Shopping campaigns, with Google Certification preferred
- Have proven experience working with English-speaking clients or employers, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently
- Have a fast computer and high-speed internet with reliable power, as well as graphic design skills using Canva or similar platforms
- Be available to work Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (London time), with flexibility to start or finish a couple of hours early or later if needed
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience in managing multiple projects and teams, with knowledge of video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, online lead generation and follow-up, and product research
- Experience working with Hubstaff time tracking software, as well as knowledge of SEO principles and practices
- Experience in creating and implementing digital marketing strategies, with a strong understanding of how to drive real results for businesses
