Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns to drive success
- Set up and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Google Adwords and Shopping
- Respond to customer queries via our project management system
- Design graphics using Canva or similar platforms
- Perform general administrative tasks, including report preparation and data entry
- Proofread and edit SEO blogs written by our team
- Assist with lead generation and follow-up tasks
- Coordinate tasks and projects across multiple teams
Essential Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following essential requirements:
- Be based in the Philippines
- Have excellent written English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Have experience with Facebook Ads, or be willing to learn and take on new challenges
- Have experience with Google Ads, or be willing to learn and become Google Certified
- Have proven experience working with English-speaking employers or clients
- Have excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Be willing to help out wherever needed, including administrative tasks
- Have a fast computer and high-speed internet connection, with reliable power
- Have experience with graphic design using Canva or similar platforms
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Experience with video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, and online lead generation
- Knowledge of SEO principles and practices
- Experience with project management tools and software
- Google Certification in Google Ads
