Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns to achieve client objectives
- Set up and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Google Adwords and Shopping campaigns
- Communicate directly with clients through our project management system, Basecamp
- Coordinate tasks and projects with team members and stakeholders
- Provide administrative support to our CEO, including graphic design, report preparation, and data analysis
- Proofread and edit SEO blogs written by our team to ensure high-quality content
- Develop and implement lead generation and follow-up strategies to drive business growth
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and objectives
Essential Requirements
- Based in the Philippines
- Excellent written English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Experience with Facebook Ads management, or willingness to learn and develop skills in this area
- Experience with Google Ads management, or willingness to learn and develop skills in this area (Google Certification is a plus)
- Proven experience working with English-speaking employers or clients
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects
- Fast computer and high-speed internet connection, with reliable power and backup systems
- Graphic design skills, using Canva or similar platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, and online lead generation
- Knowledge of SEO principles and practices
- Experience with project management tools, such as Basecamp or Trello
- Google Analytics certification or experience with data analysis tools
