Essential Qualifications for the Digital Coach Role
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2 years of college education; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to teach, train, and actively listen to associates.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on resolving customer complaints and issues effectively.
- Ability to drive financial performance and sales growth, with experience in managing expenses and developing strategies to achieve business objectives.

- General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, with responsibility for performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
