**Key Responsibilities:**
* Collect and enter data for assigned projects with precision and accuracy, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
* Create high-quality Amazon listings that meet our brand's standards, showcasing your attention to detail and creativity.
* Share responsibilities for maintaining Amazon account health with the team, working collaboratively to achieve our goals.
* Work collaboratively with team members to achieve shared objectives, leveraging your excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Oversee and review the work of remote team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
* Manage Brand Registry Listings in the Brand Partnership Program, utilizing your knowledge of Amazon Listings and Seller Central.
* Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating your adaptability and willingness to learn.
**Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:**
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
* Understanding of Amazon Listings and Seller Central, including knowledge of product categories, pricing, and promotions.
* Ability to navigate manufacturer websites and brand data files, extracting relevant information with ease.
* Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for accuracy and precision.
* Self-motivated with a disciplined work ethic, able to work independently most of the time.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
* Reliable attendance and work history, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
* Knowledge of aftermarket automotive parts is a plus, but not required.
**Education & Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and computer skills.
* Relevant work experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
**Compensation & Hours:**
* Pay is negotiable and dependent on experience and qualifications, with a competitive salary and benefits package.
* This is a full-time, first-shift hybrid position, with a flexible schedule that allows for work-life balance.
* Training schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, with the first 90 days spent on-site.
* Equipment for remote work will be provided upon successful completion of the training period.
* Hybrid schedule: 1 day at home, 4 days in the office per week for the first 30 days of hybrid capability.
* Flexible schedule with manager approval following the initial 120-day period.
