Key Responsibilities and Expectations
As a Data Entry Professional at Delta Airlines, you will be responsible for a range of tasks, including:
- Coordinating and supporting Fleet Common Programs for all Delta Captain Leadership Path (DCLC) and Pilot Indoctrination programs
- Coordinating DCLC monthly instructor schedules and student rosters
- Maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including training development/media supervisors, analytics supervisors, and instructor teams
- Supporting all in-classroom courseware and logistics for DCLC and Pilot Leadership programs
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with pilots, instructors, and other stakeholders
- Presenting organized briefings and leading significant, interactive discussions
- Adhering to approved curricula and managing logistical control of classroom and training resources
- Providing excellent customer service and soliciting feedback from attendees and others
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:
- High school degree, GED, or high school equivalency
- At least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States
- Airline Transport Pilot certificate with Aircraft Multiengine Land class rating
- At least 2,000 hours as Pilot in Command at a 14 CFR Part 121 certified Air Carrier
- Familiarity with technology required for the role, including Apple iPad tablet, MS PowerPoint, and company data systems
