• Resolve customer questions and issues promptly or refer them to the appropriate personnel
• Administer customer-required systems, including pricing, promotions, and item maintenance
• Maintain customer-specific national and regional discount files within the arenaflex and customer-based systems
• Coordinate with internal departments on promotions and new item processes for assigned accounts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and exceptional customer satisfaction
• Utilize data management and analysis skills to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Provide exceptional customer support and ensure prompt resolution of customer issues

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 3-5 years of customer-related experience and account management experience
