Key Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and efficiently to customer inquiries through several technological platforms, including a ticketing system, to ensure prompt resolution of issues
• Navigate and resolve complex customer inquiries through the Freshdesk ticketing system in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your technical expertise and problem-solving skills
• Effectively extinguish customer complaints by consistently following our Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring that issues are resolved efficiently and to the customer's satisfaction
• Cover Monday-Friday shifts that rotate between 7:30am-3:30pm CST and 10am-6pm CST, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in your work schedule
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times, representing arenaflex in a positive and courteous manner

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical expertise, communication skills, and customer service experience. The following qualifications are essential:

• 2-3 years of previous experience in IT/technical support is preferred, with a strong understanding of technical concepts and principles
• 1-2 years of general customer support and inbound call experience is preferred, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
