Key Responsibilities

• Respond to user inquiries via live chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful solutions to their questions and concerns.
• Troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively, explaining complex scenarios and solutions in a clear and concise manner that is easy for our users to understand.
• Handle various daily and weekly administrative responsibilities, such as proactive account management, item issue reports, item reviews, credit approvals, and other tasks as required.

Essential Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant customer-facing experience, preferably in a chat support or similar role.
• A 2-year Associate's degree or 4-year College degree, demonstrating a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions in a clear and concise manner.
• Experience with chat support platforms, such as intercom, is strongly preferred, although training can be provided for the right candidate.
