Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and provide high-quality support to our customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible support experience
• Work closely with supervisors and shift leads to ensure customer satisfaction and a productive work environment, contributing to the overall success of our customer support team

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

• 1+ years of experience in a customer support role, preferably for a technology product or service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support experiences
• A quiet, dedicated workspace in your home, free from distractions, where you can focus on providing top-notch support to our customers
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to react quickly when speaking with customers, providing clear and concise solutions to their problems
