As our first CS rep, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our customer support system and processes, ensuring that our merchants receive the highest level of service and support.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for communicating with customers, resolving issues, and continuously learning about our app and the broader Shopify ecosystem to provide top-notch support.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via live chat or email, resolving issues and providing timely support
- Continuously learn about our app's features and the Shopify ecosystem to provide expert guidance and support
- Summarize product feedback from merchants and suggest new ways to improve our product
- Assist with non-CS related tasks, such as researching tools, writing blog posts, or creating mockups, based on your natural abilities and interests
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Superb written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
- A passion for helping people and resolving issues, with a strong customer-centric approach
- Ability to handle challenging customers with professionalism and empathy
- Proficiency in discussing technical concepts at a high level, with a willingness to learn and grow
- Basic knowledge of CSS and JS, with a willingness to learn more if needed
- Ability to write technical documentation and articles, with a focus on clarity and accuracy
- Willingness to perform non-CS related tasks and adapt to the needs of a small startup
- Availability to work with at least a 4-hour overlap with GMT+7 9am-6pm
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following skills and experience would be highly beneficial:
- Experience working with Shopify, particularly in theme development or customization
- Experience working with B2B SaaS, with a focus on customer support and success
- Additional languages, such as French, Spanish, or Italian, to support our global customer base
- Other skills that can benefit a startup, such as marketing, SEO, video editing, or design
