Key Responsibilities

• Service inbound calls while engaging and conversing with entrepreneurs and leaders, learning about their needs, and suggesting the right arenaflex SBS products
• Convey elevated levels of product and service knowledge to communicate suitable product features, benefits, and different components of arenaflex Small Business Services
• Continuously develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling complaints, and closing deals
• Provide exceptional client care by responding to inquiries regarding accounts in a high-speed, organized client care environment
• Report essential account data according to established policies and procedures
• Integrity: Comply with all Administrative and Compliance rules associated with servicing and sales practices

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Customer care experience (two years+) with a focus on building client loyalty through outstanding listening, consultative relationship building, creativity, and strong written and verbal communication
• Proven success in a customer support and sales environment (two years+)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced metric-driven environment with the capability to multitask and navigate in an electronic environment
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Education benefits are available
