Key Responsibilities

- Upselling and Cross-Selling: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers.
- Customer Data Analysis: Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and improve overall customer experience.
- Liaison between Customers and Internal Teams: Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of any issues or escalations.
- Customer Success Strategies: Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Performance Metrics Tracking: Monitor and track key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of customer success initiatives.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Customer-Facing Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
