Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, responding to questions, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring that every customer feels heard and valued
- Provide personalized support and guidance to customers, service providers, and partners, helping them to achieve their goals and objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, service providers, and partners, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product developments, and company initiatives, ensuring that your knowledge and expertise are current and relevant
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills in English (B2 level or higher), with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
- A minimum of 2 years of customer support experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently
- Proficiency in an additional language (Spanish, French, Italian, German, Chinese, or Portuguese) is highly desirable, as we support a global customer base
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box to resolve complex issues
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, service providers, partners, and internal teams
