Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Associate to join our team in a remote, full-time capacity. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for our customers via telephone, email, and chat on a daily basis. You will communicate with new and potential customers, help guide customers through the shopping experience, answer order questions, and support the team to build a successful brand. Your goal will be to meet or exceed established service level agreements set by the Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Expected Hours and Work Arrangements

The expected hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 2 pm to 10 pm EST. Please note that these hours are subject to change depending on the needs of the business, and you may be required to work flexible hours or adjust your schedule as needed. This role is hired on an “at need” basis and will be hired initially as a temporary role. However, if there is a need and you meet or exceed established service level agreements, there is an opportunity for a permanent offer after 3 months.
