We've also partnered with dozens of clients who share our vision, including the city government of Alexandria, Virginia, the American Federation of Teachers, the American Diabetes Association, Asurion, Mattress Firm, and more. **Join Our Member Success Team** As a Customer Success Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in helping our users navigate our tools and enroll in federal forgiveness and repayment programs. With comprehensive training and hands-on experience, you'll become an expert in the student loan landscape and serve as the first point of contact for our users. **Key Responsibilities:** * Engage with users via email, live chat, and text within our Service Level Agreements (SLAs) * Review and submit applications for federal loan programs * Develop a deep understanding of arenaflex's product offerings and how they address borrowers' needs * Proactively suggest ideas and automations that can help scale the team * Collaborate with the Member Success Team to achieve team and company growth goals in line with our social mission **Reporting Structure:** This position will report directly to the Director of Member Success, who will provide guidance and support to ensure your success in this role. **Recommended Experience:** * At least one year of relevant work experience, preferably in start-ups, finance (including financial aid or fintech), government programs, or customer support * Spanish language reading and writing proficiency is preferred, as you may need to provide written support in Spanish in addition to English **Essential Qualities:** During the interview process, we'll be evaluating the following key qualities in your experience and potential: * Fast learner: You have demonstrated experience in quickly mastering new skills and knowledge areas * Clear communicator: You can field questions from users with empathy, tact, and clarity * Detail oriented: You can understand and communicate complex program requirements; you can capably manage internal systems and processes * Excellent teammate: You collaborate with and support your teammates; you clearly communicate capacity and expectations **Why Join arenaflex?** We're a mission-driven company with an inclusive culture that values empathy, diversity, growth, determination, humility, and fun.
