Job Summary
We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Success team as a Part-Time Weekend Evening Shift Associate. As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for our customers via telephone, email, and chat on a daily basis. Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Associate, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering any and all interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner
- Acting as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand
- Empathizing with customers' needs while understanding the business bottom line
- Collecting and sharing feedback to external teams to ensure the needs of the customers are being met
- Performing a minimum of 70 interactions per shift
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role
- Access to consistently stable internet connection
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to take on additional projects and support external team members to support business and customer needs
- On-the-spot, creative problem-solving skills that meet the needs of the customer and the business
