We are seeking an experienced Customer Success and Account Manager to join our team in the US. As the key facilitator of customer experience, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our US clients, providing guidance and support throughout the lifecycle of their projects. This role presents a unique opportunity to grow and thrive in a dynamic, digital, and collaborative environment, where you will be responsible for driving customer engagement, account growth, and digital transformation.
To be successful in this role, you should have a solid educational foundation in commercial, digital, or engineering fields, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in roles such as Customer Success, Engagement Consultant, Change Management Consultant, or Account Manager. You should be self-motivated, result-oriented, and very autonomous, with the ability to maintain great performance in a full-remote setting.
