Our commitment to excellence and customer-centric approach has earned us a loyal customer base and a reputation for exceptional service. **Job Description** As a Customer Service/Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing high-volume calls and emails, and driving sales growth through proactive communication and relationship-building. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive relationship with our clients. **Main Job Duties:** * Manage and assign emails to ensure timely and efficient communication with customers and vendors * Process invoices from suppliers and deliver customer invoices in a timely manner * Receive payments from customers and run credit card transactions with accuracy and attention to detail * Enter tracking numbers into ERP and eCommerce websites to ensure seamless order management * Manage high-volume phone calls from customers and vendors, providing friendly and efficient service * Provide verbal and email quotes to customers, ensuring accurate and timely responses * Communicate with vendors to confirm price and availability, ensuring seamless order fulfillment * Process orders with vendors and confirm order acknowledgments to ensure timely delivery * Keep track of backorders and follow up with vendors and customers with ship dates to ensure timely delivery * Prepare and reconcile monthly payments to vendors, ensuring accurate and timely financial management * Keep track of past-due invoices and follow up with customers to ensure timely payment **Skills and Qualifications:** * Excellent verbal, written, and typing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and vendors * Highly detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines * Proactive work ethic and communication, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers and vendors * High-level organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively * Friendly and patient demeanor in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to remain calm under pressure * Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in eCommerce software and industrial equipment, supplies, filtration, or compressed air equipment a bonus * Ability to maintain confidential financial documentation and require minimal supervision to complete work and meet deadlines **Requirements:** * E-commerce/Support & Sales experience: 3 years (Required) * Reliable and fast internet connection required for this position **Benefits and Compensation:** * Competitive salary: $22 - $24 per hour * Two weeks of paid time off, plus all major holidays * One-hour paid lunch * Annual raises and bonuses * Health Insurance * 401(k) matching * Paid time off * Parental leave * Work from home * Equipment provided **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.
