**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Specialist, Government and Corporate Affairs Customer Service, you'll play a vital role in promoting and selling air travel on arenaflex. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Promoting and selling air travel on arenaflex to government and corporate clients
* Preparing itineraries, computing fares, issuing refunds, and preparing and issuing tickets
* Answering inquiries regarding general travel information and resolving customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner
* Communicating with customers over the phone when researching passenger complaints, advising of cancelled or delayed flights
* Communicating new rules, policies, and procedures that would affect customers
* Collaborating with the Corporate Affairs Team to develop and implement strategies that meet the needs of our government and corporate clients
**What You'll Need for Success:**
To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* **Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training
+ Excellent leadership, organizational, and customer contact skills
+ Ability to be resourceful and creative at immediate problem resolution
+ High level of initiative, exercise good judgment, and be dependable
+ Satisfactory attendance required
* **Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
+ Knowledge of Native SABRE or similar systems
+ Familiarity with government and corporate affairs
