Job Overview

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our members, responding to inbound and outbound calls, and establishing consultations to discuss the benefits we offer. Your exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, will be essential in conducting discussions with union members, addressing their queries, and providing personalized support. You will also be required to maintain accurate records, complete necessary paperwork, and participate in quality assurance activities to ensure our high standards are consistently met.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals and teams at all levels. You should have a positive and beneficial mindset, with fantastic energy and a strong team player mentality. Previous experience in customer service and/or consumer sales is highly desirable, although not essential. You must be legally licensed to operate in the US, Canada, or the UK and have basic computer knowledge to navigate our systems and tools.
