**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling incoming calls and utilizing a proactive sales approach to uncover additional sales and service opportunities
* Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of products and services, customer account and billing processes, new customer information, and various policies and procedures related to product delivery and service
* Presenting a professional, confident, and enthusiastic image to develop trusting relationships with all customers
* Providing high levels of customer account management by properly setting up and maintaining account information and data
* Processing and coordinating Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Accounts Payable functions and activities
* Handling administrative, data entry, reporting, and reconciliation around asset and inventory controls and purchasing
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Utilize a proactive sales approach to identify and pursue new sales opportunities
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and data
* Process and coordinate financial transactions, including Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Accounts Payable
* Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and reconciliation
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office, data entry, and the ability to run and analyze reports
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments in a team environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Bilingual is preferred but not required
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a sales or service-oriented role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
**Preferred Qualifications:**
