Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide timely, effective support
- Review customer history as necessary to understand their travel plans and preferences
- Follow policy and procedure guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions
- Assist customers with changing travel plans, confirming or obtaining their itinerary, and processing refunds
- Help customers solve travel issues, such as resolving booking errors or addressing travel disruptions
- Place outbound calls to travel partners (hotels, rental car agencies, etc.) as necessary to resolve customer issues
- Document information and outcomes accurately to ensure seamless follow-up and issue resolution
About You

Essential Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in a travel-related industry
- Strong geographical knowledge to effectively assist customers with travel plans
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering personalized support
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in customer interactions and issue resolution
- Excellent listening and communication skills to effectively understand and address customer needs
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to resolve complex customer issues
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong typing skills and proficiency in using the internet and navigating multiple applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in the travel industry or personal experience using travel products
- Demonstrated empathy and ability to effectively understand and address customer concerns
- Self-directed and able to organize, prioritize, anticipate situations, act, and see issues through to completion
