In this role, you will cultivate relationships and retain customers by taking an empathetic and consultative approach to resolve complex issues and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your success will depend on your ability to transform frustrated exchanges into positive outcomes, leveraging your excellent listening skills, and communicating effectively under pressure. As a Customer Service Representative – Work From Home, you will be the face of arenaflex, and your extensive knowledge of our products and services will be crucial in resolving problems and offering solutions to our customers.
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. Hours of operation are subject to change, including possible mandatory overtime when business needs require. Current business hours are Monday – Friday, 7:00 am to 9:00 pm, and Saturday & Sunday, 8:00 am to 9:00 pm CST. Initial training/nesting hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (~3 months), and attendance is mandatory daily. Post-training/nesting hours will shift to later hours, which could include Saturday and/or Sunday.
