* Providing high-quality service and support to our customers and fleet partners via phone, email, and chat/text
* Solving problems and thoughtfully addressing issues experienced by our customers and partners
* Acting as an internal advocate for our customers and fleet partners by relaying user feedback and offering suggestions to improve our service and operations
* Collaborating with our team to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Staying up-to-date with our products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
* Participating in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
* Experience providing support via phone, email, and chat
* A positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional customer service
* Exceptional time management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Tech savvy with Mac and iOS experience
* Ability to type 50+ WPM
* College degree or equivalent work experience
