**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our passengers, handling ticketing and baggage-related queries, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience for all.

* Utilize a computer to sell, print, and reissue tickets, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
* Manage the registration process, verifying that customers have the necessary documentation for travel.
* Label baggage and perform lifting tasks that involve moving items from scales to transport lines, as well as handling items at floor and mid-chest level.
* Practice security-conscious behaviors in every operational cycle and procedure.
* As a Door Specialist, assist passengers with boarding, trip planning, and gate boarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
* Use computers to help passengers with seat availability, gate announcements, flight status, baggage handling, and check-in, as well as initiate the boarding process.
