As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be the frontline ambassador for our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Customer Interactions: Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns.
- Issue Resolution: Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues, escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate.
- Request Assistance: Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments.
- Call Tracking: Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Feedback and Upselling: Provide feedback on call issues and upsell if required.
What We're Looking For:
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you'll need:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Technical Skills: IT/Network certifications/degrees preferred; typing 25 WPM; proficient in PC operation and navigation; entry-level network troubleshooting; ability to set up home Wi-Fi network, set up and configure a router or switch, and core proficiency with a laptop or desktop computer.
- Experience: 18 years of age or older; proven call center experience.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communications skills, both oral and written; ability to work independently; ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment; strong listening skills; ability to stay composed and objective.
