As a Customer Service Representative Team Lead at blithequark, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls from Medicaid eligible consumers with questions regarding our Salt Lake County Behavioral Health Providers, services available in Salt Lake County, and Medicaid benefit plans. You will utilize a computer database to verify Medicaid eligibility, provide referrals to providers/agencies in Salt Lake County, and complete additional administrative tasks as assigned. For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Rhode Island, or Washington, D.C. residents, the hourly range for this role is $19.47 - $38.08 per hour. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.
