**Principal Duties and Responsibilities:**
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:
* Providing exceptional customer service through inbound calls, live chat, and email correspondence
* Processing product orders and responding promptly to customer requests
* Assisting customers, sales reps, and management with inquiries or issues concerning orders
* Analyzing and processing customer return authorization and credits
* Maintaining effective communication with customers to provide ongoing information flow
* Providing technical and product information to respond to customer inquiries
* Participating in special projects, such as social media customer service, warranty claims, and other initiatives
**Requirements:**
To be considered for this role, you must:
* Reside in Wisconsin or North Carolina
* Be at least 18 years of age
* Be able to work at least 20 hours per week between the hours of 7:00am - 6:30pm CST
* Possess strong computer skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Have reliable internet and a quiet workspace without distractions
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications)
* Experience working in a seasonal or temporary capacity
* Proficiency in multiple languages
* Familiarity with social media platforms and online customer service tools
