Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring a positive and approachable shopping experience. Your key priorities will include greeting customers, assisting them with the selection of merchandise, completing transactions, and answering questions regarding the store and merchandise. You will be an integral part of our store team, working together to maintain a clean, well-stocked store and ensuring a safe and secure shopping environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Position Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with the ability to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents as assigned. Previous experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments is preferred, although not essential. You will need to be physically able to regularly lift up to 40lbs. (and occasionally, up to 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height, with the ability to meet the demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
