Responsibilities

- Handle Inquiries and Complaints: Address customer concerns regarding flight bookings, cancellations, baggage, loyalty programs, and other airline-related matters.
- Assist with Rescheduling and Refunds: Help customers with rescheduling flights, obtaining refunds, and resolving any issues that may arise during the travel process.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Update and maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work with different departments within arenaflex to resolve complex customer issues and ensure a seamless experience.
- Identify Trends and Patterns: Proactively identify trends and patterns in customer inquiries and provide feedback to the appropriate teams to improve our products and services.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Regulations: Stay current with airline policies, procedures, and industry regulations to provide accurate and timely information to customers.
- Meet Performance Metrics: Continuously strive to meet and exceed performance metrics and customer satisfaction targets.
- Handle Escalated Complaints: Address escalated customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Minimum 2 Years of Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in a fast-paced customer service environment, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information to customers and internal stakeholders.
