**Job Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Responding to customer inquiries via email and phone using the Gorgias platform, ensuring timely and professional communication.
* Utilizing the Shopify e-commerce platform to resolve customer issues related to billing, account management, and order placement or modification.
* Keeping up-to-date on product details and company policies to ensure you're always offering the best possible assistance.
* Staying updated on current advertisements, promotions, and sales, as these will frequently change, ensuring customers receive the most relevant information.
* Fostering clear and open communication with your team to ensure smooth collaboration and knowledge sharing.
* Adhering to established procedures and policies, while remaining adaptable to any updates or changes in processes.
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role within the ecommerce space, particularly for a company that sells products online.
* A strong proficiency in using technology and being comfortable navigating various software platforms independently.
* A natural communicator with a passion for helping others.
