Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
