In this remote role, you'll be working from the comfort of your own home, engaging directly with our pharmacy customers who contact us for a variety of topics. This will primarily be via inbound calls and other communication platforms. As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for our customers, following up as needed to resolve issues, and going above and beyond to "wow" them.
