We are committed to fostering an environment of transparency, authenticity, and inclusivity, where every individual can bring their whole self to work and thrive. **The Customer Service Representative Role** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and retention. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Answering inbound customer calls in a friendly and professional manner, using active listening skills to understand customer issues and concerns * Responding to inbound digital communication from customers, including emails, chats, and forums, in a timely and effective manner * Interpreting digital communication to understand customer issues fully and resolving them in the first call, email, or chat (first-contact resolutions) * Maintaining detailed notes in our system for each customer to ensure excellent history and minimize repeat issues * Updating knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers * Meeting all Quality Assurance (QA) standards and achieving daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for phone, email, and chat * Placing outbound calls as needed to answer voicemails, support tickets, or as directed by management * Preventing cancellations or returns where possible and escalating issues to management when necessary * Identifying trends and reporting them to management with data and recommendations for improvement **Essential Qualifications** * High School Graduate or GED * 2+ years of contact center experience in a call center-related field, including customer service * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers, colleagues, and management * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions * Excellent grammar and writing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing * Strong computer skills and ability to work with multiple systems and software applications * Ability to achieve daily KPIs for phone, email, and chat **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment * Familiarity with customer service software and systems * Strong upselling and cross-selling skills * Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to team goals and objectives * Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines **arenaflex Benefits** * 100% remote work opportunity * Great pay and bonus program * Company-paid medical coverage * Vision and dental coverage * 401K with company match * Generous PTO policy * Paid maternity/parental leave * Employee referral bonus * Student loan repayment program * Volunteer time off * Professional development fund **Work Environment and Travel Requirements** * Works in a well-lit, ventilated, and climate-controlled office environment with routine office equipment * Some equipment has moving mechanical parts * The noise level in the work environment is typical for an office environment * We currently hire employees residing in the following states: FL, GA, ID, IL, KY, NE, NC, OH, PA, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
